In other Laker news, Mitch Kupchak apparently wants to bring Sun Yue over for 2008-09. (L.A. Times story.) "The Asian Magic Johnson" may be a bit much. The thing I'm worried about is that he'll basically be the Chinese Luke Walton: good passer, can run the floor, but a liability as an outside shooter and defender.
