Susan Slusser reports that Paul Blackburn is still feeling tightness in his forearm. This isn't going to be a quick trip to the DL to get him right; if he was already out until at least late April, this lack of progress pushes him back even further than that.

The Blackburn door staying shut means a door opening wider for Daniel Gossett, who was unimpressive in his first 2018 start and is presently tied for the league lead in losses. (Okay, yes, tied with approximately 30 other pitchers at one loss apiece.)
